Payment Options
We offer two distinct services:

Pay-as-you-go - You purchase credit in advance and top up your credit as and when you need to. We accept payment by credit card or debit card, cheque or bank transfer. Please ask for a quotation. |

Pay-monthly - You pay at the end of the month for all work carried out during that month. Payment will usually be by bank transfer or cheque and is due within seven days of the invoice date. Please ask for a quotation. |
Input Formats
We can accept work in any of the following formats:

We will normally ask you to provide an example document template with your work to aid our transcriptionists in formatting your documents in the way you prefer.
Uploading Your Files
You can submit your work in the way that best suits you:

By e-mailing your source files as an attachment. |
| |

By faxing your hard copy documents. |
| |

By narrating your copy via the telephone. |
Output Formats
Output is usually in word processing format (e.g. Microsoft Word), spreadsheet format (e.g. Microsoft Excel) or Adobe PDF format.
Turnaround is usually between 4 and 24 hours.
