Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) is specifically tailored to meet your needs and sets out clearly what levels of service you can expect, and what compensation we will provide in the unlikely event of us failing to reach these levels. 24-hour Turnaround Guarantee
We guarantee a maximum turnaround time of 24 hours for any transcription job. If your job is not completed within this twenty four hour period, we will not charge you for this job, unless a delay on your part has caused the job to be rescheduled.
98.5% Accuracy - Money Back Guarantee
Thanks to the quality assurance procedures we have in place, we can guarantee that your work will be 98.5% accurate - that is with no more than 1½ errors per 100 words typed.
If you find that we fail to meet this promise, we will not charge you for the part of the work that fails to meet these criteria. Please note that this clause specifically excludes words which are inaudible or distorted in the recording.
Price Freeze
We will never put your prices up and that's a guarantee - the price you pay today will be the maximum price you pay tomorrow even if the price changes for new customers.
