Documents on Demand is a service which allows you to have documents converted to electronic format with same day or next business day turnaround. You can provide your information in a variety of formats which include hand-written, dictated, or digital text. These can be delivered by fax, telephone, e-mail or snail mail. The final output will usually be a Microsoft Word document, An Excel spreadsheet or an Adobe PDF file.
You can submit information in the way that best suits your own needs. There is no requirement for you to purchase expensive hardware or software or to make radical changes to your business procedures.
Documents on Demand fills the niche of:
The business typing pool - providing a service when office staff have gone home
The business centre offering typing or transcription services - providing a more cost effective solution
Voice recognition software - providing a more accurate service which is easier to use.
Documents on Demand by definition is available when you want to use it. Thus you do not need to employ permanent staff, buy expensive equipment or rent premises. You use the service only when you want to.
